Placing your order

• You may place your orders by phone (toll free) mail, fax, e-mail or on our Web site.
• Please provide a phone number and contact name with each order so we may keep you up to date on your order status.
• Educational Sales Co. sells to institutions, not individuals or home schools.

Products

• Educational Sales Co. offers thousands of additional books not listed in this catalog. If you don’t see a title you need, please contact us, or visit our website: www.escobooks.com for additional books.
• All books listed in this catalog are sold new and in their original publisher bindings, or ESCObound if requested. If a listed title is in one binding but you want it in another binding, give us a call! In many cases, we have other bindings available.

Pricing

• All book prices are subject to change. Typographical pricing errors will not be honored.

Terms

• 30 days net invoice date. We offer fall billing upon request for orders shipped between April 15 and Aug. 30, 2012. Due in full by Sept. 30, 2012.
  

Shipping

• We normally ship insured via UPS or truck and shipping charges will be added to your invoice. We can accommodate rush shipments at an additional rate. Minimum charge is $8.95.
• Please verify shipment upon receipt. Check the books before marking. Call immediately with any damage or discrepancies.

Returns

• Call ESCO for authorization before returning a product. Non-authorized returns will not be accepted.
• Books purchased from our regular stock may be returned for full credit up to six months from invoice date. They must be unprocessed, uncirculated and in resale-able condition.
• All ESCObound books are bound per order and cannot be returned unless flawed.

Sales Tax

• Only applies to shipments within Arizona. Institutions from all other states can save the sales tax on all purchases from Educational Sales Co.
